These are 45 minute long video calls. They include a 15-minute review of any documentation or plans that you’ve created (if needed) pre or post call.

Project-based
Foundations Planning
This is the next layer building on from the Founder’s Program. This is where the fun (and your business foundation) starts!
We create a project plan for you and will execute on your highest-priority project (or the one that you ‘just can’t get to’).
Included:

We’ll have an initial 60-minute briefing call to gather the information needed from you to put a project plan together.
Thereafter, we will schedule 15-minute calls to review work (if needed), during the project. -
Depending on your needs, we can provide you with a plan for you to execute with your team.
This will include recommendations on software solutions based on your needs and what your company objectives are.
