Discovery & Understanding

First, we get to know how your business works.

No matter which program you’re keen to choose, our journey starts with an initial “discovery” call.

You’ll share which parts your business you’re feeling challenged by; the things that are constantly landing up at the bottom of your to-do list; the overarching business goals; the why and how you’re currently managing your day-to-day business operations.

This gives us a solid understanding of where you’re at. We can then guide you on which program might be best for you.

Advice & Recommendations

We’ll audit your processes & systems...

After gaining an understanding of the ‘why’; ‘how’ and goals of your business, we’ll look business foundations together - what you have; what gaps there might be; and what improvements we might be able to make in order to improve or build efficiencies.

Depending on the program you’re on, we’ll either guide you through the implementation of the recommendations; or do the implementation work for you.

Implement & Support

We’ll help you to use your new systems...

With the recommendations, and game plan in your hands, you may decide that you need help with implementation. This is something that we do for select clients as part of the Implementation Program.

While this is in progress, we make sure to document each process so that you know exactly what to do and how to do it. This enables you to empower your team or external resources.

Part of the implementation piece is providing training to you, your team members or external resources. As an extra, we offer ongoing maintenance & support once the implementation piece is completed.

  • We'll share (or help build) a *template "business hub" with you which can become your internal filing system.

    This will be the go-to place for all documents, files, templates, plan, strategies when you need to either find something yourself, or have a team member find it for you (or for them).

    *the template is a structure which you can use to guide the setup on your preferred tool

  • As your business grows, the internal company documents, marketing collateral and tracking tools required will change.

    We can offer guidance and/or help to get these created. An example includes process documentation such as training manuals, for when you grow your team.

  • Getting the most out of your tools is key to the growth and scale of your business and team.

    We share best practises and/or get these set-up most efficiently, for you.

  • Regular check-ins and accountability drive continuous progress, and growth.

    This is where sunday steps in: we'll be there to help you complete actions to help alleviate some headspace!
