Celebrating client success!
I love watching how your business grows and how you thrive with more time & headspace to focus on the things that matter!
Story One
Continuity Plan
Getting set-up for future growth, change and planning.
-
A client shared a concern that had been occupying her mind: how could the company be set up in such a way to prepare for a situation where she may need to step away from the business?
-
If her husband had to jump in and takeover the company, where would he begin? How would he begin? How would he know what to do?
-
✅ Create an operations toolbox.
Set up a simple, centralised place to house all business operations information, including a 30 000 foot overview of the businesses and process. At any time, anyone can have a full overview to jump in and takeover.✅ Create simple, automated workflows.
Create simple, automated sequence and workflows: Plot out each step, action and communication touchpoint throughout each phase, and add in personalised automations. -
… and are enhancing communication sequences and workflows so that she can spend more time focusing on business development and growth!
-
Easy scaling and onboarding of a VA to carry out processes with a very clear guide.
The client is stepping away from the business for a few months, with a sense of calm that things will continue seamlessly.
Story Two
Overwhelming Structure
New, simplified and tailored task management process
-
This client had an overwhelming feeling of anxiety when it came to her task list.
-
She’d set up a complex structure of email reminders; digital and traditional task lists; audio note taking which needed to be transferred.
Even with all of this, nothing was getting checked off the list!
-
After she explained her needs, pain points and the challenges she faced; we arrived at a very simple solution that would work for her and ease the sense of overwhelm.
A very simple task management system, with language she resonates with.
We reduced the ‘noise’.
-
A foundation was created to launch a joint marketing campaign, including a successful email run to over 16,000 leads.
The team can now:
✅ Run lead generation (including website leads) through Hubspot
✅ Track active deals, monitor progress and communication with each lead
✅ Track and manage post sale on-boarding
✅ Manage active customer relationships
✅ Track engagements across various external communication channels
✅ Run internal customer and lead email and marketing campaigns
-
Acting as a sounding board and listening to each concern, I managed to find the exact solution that would be ideal and work in this scenario.
Not only do we have a structure in place; but the client could unload the stress and anxiety she felt.
-
This client has voiced on a few occasions that ‘she has so much more time’ in her week.
She is no longer distracted with notes and lists and emails of her notes and lists. But rather, has a simple structure to work with and is working through each line item with a sense of calm.
As a bonus, she’s started exercising and meditating again!
Story Three
Impactful Brand Presence
From dormant to thriving!
-
This client had an existing coaching brand. After a break from coaching, they wanted to refresh their brand.
As well as come back with a marketing plan, structure and impactful visual presence.
-
The client had a Squarespace website; and an outdated CRM system.
-
Using the existing logo and colour palette, I gave her entire Squarespace website a refresh, and rolled out the new branding across her social media platforms.
We set up Kit to manage all email communication as well as create branded email templates; products and landing pages.
The next step is to set up Paperbell to host her online course launching in Spring, and onboard new students with ease.
-
This client has a beautiful and strong brand that is being noticed and standing out amongst other coaches.
She has successfully attracted and onboarded 4 new clients in just 1 month.
-
With the brand refresh, this client is now confident to explore new territory and has created two new products which are gaining traction.
-
Not only is this client increasing her client base, but has got a very solid system in place to create and set up new products, and communicate them to her audience.
She’s in a position now where she can choose to slow down when she needs to, and isn’t feeling pressurised to constantly be ‘on’.
Story Four
New idea but not sure where to begin
Setting yourself up for success with business strategy, planning & accountability
-
The question to me was: “I have a business idea, can you help me make it become something? I don’t know where to start and need someone to hold me accountable.”
-
This client wanted to set up a new business from an idea he had. Working solo, he wasn’t sure how to get going and was looking for someone to help him; keep him accountable and be his sounding board along the way.
-
We got together for a workshop where we covered everything: from what gets him out of bed at night, to what the actual deliverable product would be.
We took his business idea and plotted out the strategy as well as plan and 12-week roadmap to launch.
-
Together, we’ve explored a second opportunity for him to monetise what was a passion project.
-
With a solid plan to turn his idea into a business, we’re moving along the roadmap.
The vision and goal remains in sight, while he pivots and overturns every stone along the way.
With the addition of someone to be accountable to, his vision is expanding and confidence is growing.
